Milena Leticia Roucka[1] (born October 25, 1979)[1] is a Canadian former model and current professional wrestler of Czech and Costa Rican descent.[3][4] She is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) working on its Raw brand as Rosa Mendes, as well as training at its developmental facility Florida Championship Wrestling.
Roucka's first appearance in the WWE was participating in the 2006 Diva Search. Despite her finishing fourth, WWE decided to hire Roucka along with several eliminated contestants. She was assigned to train in Ohio Valley Wrestling,[1] and then gradually started to wrestle in Florida Championship Wrestling under the ring name Roucka.

Roucka grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where she was mostly raised by a single father and her sister, Chantal. Since, she was without a mother, Milena grew up being a tomboy. Roucka studied Business at the University of British Columbia, but dropped out to pursue a career in modeling.[3] In 2004, she won the "Piel Dorada", one of the biggest Latin American based modeling contests, becoming the first North American to win.[3] She also acted in commercials for "Trident" and "Lux soap".[3]

In the summer of 2006, Roucka participated in the auditions for the third installment of WWE's Diva Search Contest and reached the final 8.[3] Roucka placed fourth overall in the competition.[3] WWE signed her just a few days after her elimination, on August 24, 2006, to a developmental contract with the company.[3][5]
She debuted in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) as a heel and served as the valet for Bad Kompany, managing the members Mike Kruel, Shawn Osborne and Eddie Craven. She made her in-ring debut on April 4, 2007, where she teamed up with Beth Phoenix, Katie Lea and Melody in a losing effort to the team of ODB, Serena, Victoria Crawford, and Maryse.[6] On September 19, 2007 Roucka won a 6-way OVW divas match to capture the OVW Women's Championship.[7] On the December 12 edition of OVW tapings she defeated Lea in a "kiss my foot match" to retain the championship.[8] On February 20, 2008 Roucka lost the title to Lea. A few weeks after losing her title, WWE ended their relationship with OVW as a developmental territory. Roucka along with several OVW talents were moved to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW).
In March 2008, she debuted for FCW.[9] Roucka made her FCW television debut in a Diva Twist off, hosted by Kelly Kelly, which ended in a no contest. Roucka had her TV debut match defeating Wesley Holiday. From that point on, Roucka teamed with Alicia Fox and Holiday. Roucka also took part in the Queen of FCW Tournament, but lost in the first round to Angela Fong.
