This is the most common problem I've encountered on forums like these. The way to get your signature to show up is to;
1. Go to "Preferences" in your profile
2.Find "Always Attach My Signature"
3. Check "Yes"
And ta-da! Your signature will show. But please remember the regulations about size - 500 px by 200 px.
